A Vintage Door and Suitcases...

Hi!  I thought today I would share more flea market finds with you...

I bought this old door a few months ago from one of my favorite flea market vendors and immediately sealed it and put it in Halena's room...and I found the great vintage suitcases at Whimsy when I went to the 3 French Hens Market a few weekends ago...it worked out so well because the door is small and needed something to bump it up a bit.

I added one of the Jeanne d' Arc pillows that we keep in Halena's room to the vignette because I love how the French ledger print looks with the suitcases, and then I hung the vintage crinoline that used to be in Caighton's room from the door...I love how it looks against the chippy door!

Happy Flea Marketing!!!

Tracey

This looks beautiful... love the contrast of the rough chippy door with the soft lace crinoline.
Could I ask what product you used to seal the door?

An outstanding vignette, love it, I'm such an Old Door addict, I can hardly ever pass one up... thankfully so many of mine have been freebies gleaned curbside when someone has been remodeling an old house and replaced the original doors.
